Technical Support (1)


- To provide technical support for Server infrastructure, LAN and WAN including management of switches,routers, access points, and firewalls.

- To provide technical support either remote or directly to end-user.

- Manage inventory of Servers and PC's including application systems/software licenses installed therein.

- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all IT service management principles.

- To take ownership of end-user problems and be proactive when dealing with end-user issues.

- To resolve all IT issues with a professional manner


- Graduate of BS Information Technology or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of related experience

- Basic knowledge in Active Directory and Windows Server 2016 is a plus but not required

- Must have good knowledge in troubleshooting on Laptop/Desktop, Servers, and Network problems.

- Has good exposure and background in computer-based application program/software.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and written skills.
